Pamela is the founder of Front Porch Career Coaching, a space built on empathy, strategy, and real-world experience. After spending over a decade in education as both a teacher and administrator, she knows firsthand the weight of burnout and the courage it takes to pivot. During her third year as an assistant principal—leading a team, managing complex challenges, and supporting others—she realized it was time to support herself, too.
She reframed her strengths, reimagined her path, and made the leap into corporate talent development. Since then, Pamela has worked as a recruiter and most recently as a University Program Manager at a Fortune 400 company, where she built early career pipelines, coached interns and new grads, and partnered with universities to shape the future of work.
As a first-generation college student and former educator, Pamela brings a deep understanding of the transitions that define a career—and the emotional and strategic support they require. She’s navigated both sides of the hiring process: from preparing candidates to interviewing and selecting talent, she understands what it takes to stand out and succeed.
